My focus has recently been on working on Solution Designs and Proposal Writing as a part of our Bid Management Team, primarily within the Healthcare sector. Here my role has been a combination of UX-Designer and Business Architect, with responsibility for the Solution Design and resolving complex technical, strategic, and business issues. Worked in a two-man team in the Public and Healthcare department at the Aarhus office, working with User Experience consulting and Digital Design across multiple projects. Here I have been working with defining and planning short and long term User Experience initiatives for products and product suites, and providing design guidance and direction throughout the product lifecycle.Some of the activities here have been identifying and communicating any issues or risks that could impact product or user experience direction alongside contributing to the standards and processes that could be leveraged across the organization. I have had the responsibility for facilitating usability tests and other user research methods, to understand the needs of end users and have been the user advocate with all product team members and stakeholders. Coordinating activities of the user experience including functional design, creative and technology, have given me an understanding of technical impacts and constraints that should be considered with new design solutions and suggestions.

As an ICT Instructor I have been working with ad hoc user assistance for students and staff at Aarhus University. Here I was also working within the Advanced Multimedia Group (AMG), which carries a wide range of project tasks, including coursework, video tasks, documentation, CMS / web, graphics work and much more.Here I was an instructor for MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management in the course Project Management, teaching student’s basic project management methodology in Microsoft Project 2010.
