Project Quality Manager for Control Frame Agreement Projects with PDO

• Over 30 years of extensive professional experience in Quality Management System at various engineering sectors and out of 15 years working with various EPCC in Oil & Gas Projects. • Handled following equipment / packages : Vessels, Boilers, Tanks, Spheres, Heat exchangers, Filters, Pumps, Compressor, Air Separation Unit Package, Waste Water Treatment Plant Package, Incinerator Package, Nitrogen generation package, Chemical injection skid, FPSO, Marine items, Piping, DG , Transformer , Switchgear, cables. • Effective and successful completion of the project with client PDO, Aramco, PETRONAS, Total• Extensive exposure in ASTM, API, ASME, PDO, PETRONAS and ARAMCO Standards• Has been leading the project quality team from the position of Senior Quality Engineer ( 15 Year), Lead Quality Engineer (5 years), Quality Manager (2 years) with a high degree of focus on coordination of Engineering, Procurement and Site activities

A total of over 22 years professional experience in QMS at various engineering sectors and presently working as a Lead Quality Engineer with Petrofac International Ltds, Sharjah, UAE. Major responsibilities includes but not restricted to Coordinates overall execution of Quality Management system includes audit works to ensure that Integrity Management activities for all assets are conducted as per company’s established systems and policies, Implement project inspection and test plans. Conduct pre-qualification audits on suppliers; disseminate best practices and lessons learnt throughout the company, Liaise and coordinate for the implementation of identified lesson learned on projects. Provides technical advice on matters related to auditing systems methods. , Follow-up & ensure timely & effective close-out of actions raised in audits, and investigate, propose preventive measures & ensure measures are implemented effectively.

• Ensure the quality requirements are captured from the Inquiry Requisition until the issue of Purchase Requisition.• Involved in inter discipline review of Engineering documents • Reviewing the inspection test plan, ensuring the third party is carrying out the inspection in line with requirement• Administrate technical queries related to inspection and quality• Conduct Pre-Inspection meeting at supplier premises before start-up of fabrication activities• Professionally handled all the issues and challenges imposed by client and vendor

• Responsible for Quality Assurance activities of the project• Preparation of Project Documents and Submission Schedules • Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and procedures in conjunction with Work Method Statements• Identify all inspection & testing requirements on drawings, contract specifications and transfer onto relevant ITP.• Evaluation of vendors/suppliers before qualification.• Conducting audit on vendors / suppliers.

• Managing the quality of the Project with the support of quality engineers assigned for the project. • Establishing a QMS throughout the Project in line with the ISO 9001: 2008 standard• Interfacing with client, team members in resolving various Quality, Project & Integrity Management issues.
