  Working as Maintenance Engineer. having following responsibilities  Responsible for smooth running of equipments in power plant, managing a team of 25+ personals.  Maintenance of ( 2 x 75) tph CFBC boiler and auxiliaries.  Maintenance of auxiliaries like boiler feed Pump , screw compressor, PA, FD & ID fan and gear boxes.  Maintenance of auxiliaries in CHP like belt conveyor, chain conveyor, Safety interlocks and dust extraction system.  Planning for manpower needs, spare for project & consumable and better inventory control.  Planning for Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and breakdown maintenance schedule follow with SAP. Based on plant life cycle management system.  Co-ordination and continuous interaction among consultants, contractors, client.  Maintaining daily, weekly & monthly basis report.  Daily reporting to Head of mechanical department.  Ensure availability and selection of necessary spares for plant. MAJOR PROJECTS COMPLETED Erection & commissioning of FD, PA, SA & ID FAN for (1X75) TPH CFBC boiler.  Fabrication & erection of an “AUTOMATED BED MATERIAL SCREENING SYSTEM”  (1X50) TPH “COAL CRUSHER IMPACTOR” installation work.  “DUST EXTRACTION SYSTEM” Installation for dust collection and reuse in boiler.
