I've Improved customer satisfaction of attendees by enabling meaningful connections, thus increasing overall value. Further, I'm leading the ambassador program including new talent and building strong relationships with startup grind’s partners (Lewis Silkin, HardSoft, WeWork, etc.).

Rassin & Shen is a lifestyle brand dedicated to solving eyewear users’ problems by offering innovative and well-thought-out accessories such as eyewear necklaces, chains and cases, reading glasses and sunglasses.Articulated a comprehensive business plan based on extensive customer and market research combining quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources. Entered and won competition run by UK Trade & Investment while inspiring a talent scout and new members to join the team. Secured grant and a spot in the Entrepreneurial Spark accelerator programme which upon completion led to the launch of the brand Rassin & Shen, winning an award. The brand collection was successfully launched in Liberty London luxury department store and continued to sell until closure of the company. Sold our products in over 50 luxury department stores and high-end boutiques around the world (UK, US, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, South Korea, Saudi Arabia and Japan). Among these wholesalers were Liberty, Fenwick, Selfridges, Wolf and Badger, Marubeni, Lotte and Luxottica.

Buying – led purchasing of the company’s eyewear collection overseeing 95 Stores. Successfully built and managed relationships with major partners (Cartier, Luxottica, etc.). Introduced new product developments following quantitative and qualitative research analysis. Regularly led company delegation at international eyewear exhibitions in Milan and Paris. Design – managed 5 private labels across various products (sunglasses, eyeglasses, reading glasses, and accessories) at various price ranges (£20-£420) while collaborating with the import/export, marketing and design teams. Merchandising – coordinated display and visibility of the eyewear in all branches while collaborating with the marketing, sales and design teams. Management – led 3 fashion coordinators and inspired creative and analytical thinking using group workshops, helping to detect and solve problems while gaining loyal and engaged employees. Project management – orchestrated the opening of new and refurbished branches by working jointly with teams of multiple departments (warehouse, sales, IT, design and construction). Ambassador of OPTICANA – hosted press conferences in the topics of fashion and consumerism, acted as company spokesperson for interviews, communicated statements to journalists and influencers within television, radio and magazines.

Marketing/Branding – managed 20 brands, promoting preferred brands through training, coaching and enabling the sales teams of 25 stores.Enablement – coached store managers of 25+ stores based on findings from sales report’s analysis; introduced consistency in sales and merchandising across stores by building strong relationships with store managers. Research and data analysis – analyzed and evaluated sales reports as well as current market in order to make buying and merchandising decisions.
