I have ten years of experience working in the retail business. I have built a strong product knowledge in stationery, art supplies, toys, and electronic accessories through years of work in procurement, handling global sourcing, and supply chain management. I was able to make a significant impact through new product development and branding after being involved in both marketing and sales. My product awareness exceeds retail-related products; I worked for years importing industrial machinery and raw materials. I have improved our store management and merchandising, and I handle the sales operations. We have reached lifetime records of daily and monthly sales (the highest in 30+ years). I started my career as an English-Arabic translator with a Diploma in IT; I’ve been a multi-talented person and made a real impact on every department and team I worked with until I became a Managing Director before I was 30 years old; I kept doing the same until today.
