In less than a year, the business was established in Moscow, including legal representation, a team, a fully equipped data recovery lab, as well as a network of solution partners and software distributors. In 2007, the franchisee company was successfully sold to the franchisor.In 2008, I joined a small Finnish startup, Forte Netservices Oy, a Managed Network Security Services Provider. My mission was to prove that the MSSP business model of a niche Finnish service provider could be scaled globally. I won the largest deal outside of Finland and ensured stable business growth in Russia. In 2010, the startup was successfully acquired by DNA Oy, a domestic telecom provider.Since 2014, I have been working for Hemmersbach, a unique social-purpose IT company specializing in Global Field and DaaS services. I initially joined as a Country Manager for Russia, and as the business grew, so did my responsibilities. In 2017, the team under my leadership was recognized for the best country performance. Currently I hold the role of Head of Global Partner Management.
