I am Design Team Manager at FishingBooker, where I lead a talented team of product designers, researchers, and visual designers. Since stepping into this role, I’ve grown our team from four to ten members and strengthened our influence across the product organization. My focus is on shaping design strategies, emphasizing UX outcomes, and driving impactful solutions.Previously, as a Product Designer at FishingBooker, I worked on a range of projects aimed at enhancing user experiences—from redesigning captain tools to refining booking flows. My goal was to create solutions that aligned with business objectives and provided real value to users.Before joining FishingBooker, I was a UX Designer at the small-scale startup Patamu, where I gained practical experience in product design and learned the dynamics of startup life. My interest in UX design began as an Interior Designer at GIR Concept Store in Belgrade, where I developed a passion for digital web design and its potential to improve user experiences.I started my career with a master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Belgrade and began working in a small architectural studio in Hamburg, focusing on 3D modeling and interior design.
