• Weekly and monthly reports to COO and Head of Operations for 4-Front Hospitality • Management of the monthly P&L• Leadership and co-ordination of a team of managers, supervisors and line staff• Formulation of Annual budgets and Monthly sales forecasts for all 3 outlets• The Daily operation of busy and successful operation• The daily co-ordination of an efficient food and beverage team, including effective scheduling• Weekly Management meetings with the Head of Operations involving the management team• Daily liaisons with all departments regarding operations• Weekly meetings with the sales and marketing team to devise strategies• Weekly meetings with entertainment manager to ensure all the events and entertainment are on the highest level• Daily sales analysis• Recruitment, training and coaching the bar and floor staff • Successfully setting the TEVALIS system for all 3 outlets on daily basis • Ensuring Bar and Kitchen reach the targeted GP• Responsible for organization of 3 outlets for Formula 1 • Organizing and approving all Bar and Kitchen orders with suppliers
