Lead Auditor and Driver of supplier audit schedule, approved supplier program and internal audit program.Reduced consumer complaints by 20% and food safety complaints by 4% by identifying source and corrective actions for elimination of hazards via leading consumer complaint reduction projects.

Facilitated and implemented the Food Safety and Quality Managements Systems.Ensure regualtory compliance to Food Standards Code and the New Product Development for Key Brands including Lean Cuisine, Papa Giuseppi Pizza and Maggi.

Ensure compliance with customer food safety requirements and the development, review and implementation of HACCP plans, GMP Procedures and management of the approved supplier program.
