Manage Card Management System (CMS) engineering responsibilities, overseeing deployment, updates, and issue resolution in collaboration with stakeholders. Support both credit and debit systems for key clients such as DFCC Bank and Dialog Finance.Handle the installation of servers, operating systems, and software, deploying product modules across UAT, QA, and production environments.Release client-requested changes (CRs) and bug fix versions to UAT and production environments.Provide client support during Disaster Recovery (DR) drills.Reproduce issues in the UAT environment for development and troubleshooting purposes.Manage customer issues requiring development support, including code changes, testing, and Aldon process adherence.Deliver 24/7 first-level support to customers, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams, follow up on bug fix releases and updates.Maintain detailed logs and records of customer issues and product environments for tracking.Address customer inquiries about product functionality, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.Research and implement new technologies to enhance system capabilities and efficiency.Foster strong working relationships with customers, driving collaboration and satisfaction.Proficient in SQL and experienced in using issue tracking systems.
