Executed Cash Management team responsibilities of IFG-APRIL and they were:- Updated bank files using daily bank statements and sent out to Treasury department of business group;-Recorded FOREX loss and gain in SAP and bank files; Cleared open items at the month end closing time. Executed Freight team tasks as following:-Processed payments to global and local forwarders, and carriers on daily basis;-Checked the invoiced rates against contracted ones;-Updated new rates in the SAP to create shipment documentation and cost; - Settled Purchase Order (PO) based payments in SAP and extracted reports; -Worked on disputed billings of forwarders and carriers, and prepared disputes status reports; -Extracted data from SAP and prepared month-end reports used by management reporting team.
