Assigned to PETRONAS Machinery Monitoring & Prescriptive Diagnostics (P-MMPD) team under Group Technical Solutions (GTS).My assignments include (but not limited to):• Working alongside Rotating Engineers and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to periodically monitor and analyze real-time trends of critical turbomachinery/process equipment across PETRONAS platforms using the basis of advanced analytics.• Applied cluster algorithms and VBM to provide predicted values of rotating equipment operating parameters using historical data. The systems used: AVEVA PRiSM and GE Smart Signal.• Competent in estimating the remnant life of equipment before an incipient trip using statistical (RULE) and deep learning (LSTM) algorithms.• Perform regular tracking on model validation: model re-training, threshold limit re-setting, and data clean-up.• Detected anomalies trends based on Overall Model Residual (OMR) and conduct fault diagnosis to identify possible failure occurrence and suggested troubleshooting methods by examining datasheets, P&ID, and operation maintenance manuals.

Co-contributed value creation of over RM36mil in cost avoidance YTD as of Oct 2021.• Appointed as an analyst to monitor and report anomalies and performance of PGB-GTR compressors as well as equipment at Pengerang Power Sdn Bhd (PePSB).• Conducted Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) on PETRONAS multistage centrifugal compressors at PCFS, PCFK, and PCMSB to identify possible failure scenarios and suggested troubleshooting methods with the examination of technical documents including data sheets, P&IDs, and operation maintenance manuals. Co-contributed value creation of RM750,000 in annual cost savings for the development of FMEA in 2021.• Developed Power BI dashboards to summarise identification, technical data, performance, and reliability of rotating equipment of PETRONAS plants with the extraction of data from multiple data sources including SQL servers.
