Roles & Responsibilities:-Participate as a team member on hiring related matters and act as a control point by ensuring closure of the open position within stipulated time frames. Work closely with hiring Team to complete the interview process.Effective candidate management and scheduling the candidates/blocking calendars of specific interviewers, hence working very closely with the recruitment team.Manage complex interview schedules; scheduling telephone and face to face interviews with the recruiting team up to level-5 hiring.~Sourcing resumes.~Initial Screening and Short-listing of profiles.~Co-ordination with candidates.~Prepare and maintain database.~Report generation.~Posting vacancies in different job portals.~Conducting preliminary interviews.~Involved in hard-core recruitment.~ Interaction with HR-Team on current and future staffing requirements.~Conducting Telephonic Interviews & screening on Basic technical skills.~Responsible for counseling all candidates on job opportunities, Round of Interviews, Growth in the Company & Benefits.~Coordinating with candidate till date of joining & taking care of any other hicaps-up’s like salary Negotiation & RelocationEtc..
