I have spent my career looking at a variety of elements that drive Sales, Client and Operations strategy including how to leverage data and analytics in decision making, how to adapt to market structure and regulatory changes, and how to deliver a full front to back process supporting the business whilst managing a team of high performing individuals. I am fascinated by the "connectivity of things" in driving a desired outcome, and have been fortunate enough to be surrounded with people who have a passion about their business, their clients, their team and a curiosity to keep evolving. Above all else, I draw energy from people and experiences and definitely fall in the camp of "it's more than just a job".
