In this function I have the task of preparing church meetings, maintaining confidential contact with the pastor and conducting church meetings.Also, as a member of the synodal board, I make decisions during these meetings for matters which no-one is designated, and trade matters of a formal and administrative nature and matters that cannot be postponed. This more or less means acting as a kind of day-to-day management.In addition, I am the chairman of 50% of the church meetings, the other half is led by our pastor.

In this independent BeNeLux marketing function I'm responsible for achieving revenues andreturn on investments of an assigned product portfolio (oa.IZM / NZM / xEnergy) from the Power Distribution Division with a focus on e-OEM market. Anchoring and transfer of product and application knowledge belongs to my core business. Another part is giving both internal and external trainings and seminars. I advise concerning the conduct marketing policy based on market and financial analysis. Also I'm responsible for the pricing policy, forecasting and negotiate about the purchase of right products from different Business Units. Close contact with sales and customers are important and I initiate sales campaigns and introduce new products.
