• Spearhead a team of 12 members in managing daily IT operations, network tuning, performance, and design strategies, and make recommendation to improve network performance.• Responsible for entire IT framework on PAN India basis with 1500 end users and 9 Locations.• Provide thorough support and problem resolution for users. Assist management with scheduling, service protocol improvements, and quality.• Responsible to oversee and own major incidents all the way through resolution and follow up reporting• Prepare plans for development and installation of data center according to present and future requirements.• Monitor all software and hardware products and ensure compliance to Data Center standards and systems.• Monitoring Data Center infrastructure and services, Carryout scheduled system maintenance, detect, and proactively address issues to enable 100% operational uptime, running 24 X 7 and 365 Days.• Perform troubleshoot on data center, identify issues, and assist in timely resolution of same.• Supervise designing and evaluation of all server systems according to measurement of process.• Running regular checks on network and data security.• Monitoring for Server backup and restoration drill on regular basis.• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.• Conducting regular system audits.• Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.• Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget. Providing direction for IT team members.• Managing and administrating office365; 9 admin portal for all business verticals.• Managing all the organization domains, hosting and website related issues with the help of 3rd party developers.
