• Organize outings for sponsors and their sponsored childand ensure they have wonderful visit experience
• Arrange and Lead tours of CCF facilities for sponsorsand visitors so they know more about CCF’s programs
• Provide induction training to new SRO and refreshertraining to all SROs to ensure they could handle theouting in a professional manner
• Work closely with ED office and the Donor RelationsTeams in scheduling VIP sponsor and donor visits
• Update the visitor list on white board regularly and sendthe update information about each visit to relevantparties (Facilities, Donor Relations Team).
• Assist the team and the Sponsorship Admin officer inholiday card project, in reviewing KNY, PB and KBALemail templates, in spreadsheet and in responding todonation queries from sponsors.
