Ensures project and vendor management, communication, reporting, and completion of projects are within scope, budget, schedule constraints, and contractual requirements. MPHI works with federal and state program and policy leaders to initiate and implement a variety of integrated, secure public health systems, services, and policy enforcement.

Served as the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS)-Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability Administration (BHDDA) Stay Well Crisis Counseling Program (CCP) as MPHI Program Manager. Provided leadership and oversight of a team of outreach specialists, administrative support, and data analysis and evaluation teams. Serves on the internal leadership and executive steering committees. As of October, 2021, my role changed to MPHI budget oversight while continuing program leadership participation on the working and advisory committees. The Stay Well Crisis Counseling Program (CCP) started as a FEMA-funded disaster relief grant administered by SAMHSA and the State of Michigan BHDDA. In November, 2021, the State of Michigan and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) grant funds the program. The Stay Well CCP provides Michiganders with a free 24/7 emotional support counseling call service, virtual psychoeducational webinars providing coping and resiliency techniques, print materials, and virtual support groups.

Project management for custom software development. Facilitates customer focus groups, business process analysis and improvement in an integrated environment. Responsible for configuration management of a model office QA environment and all aspects of software quality assurance, improvement, and implementation. Participated in division leadership.

Supervised IT staff responsible for hospital data and voice communications software, hardware, and infrastructure. Project management for new clinical software and hardware systems and related upgrades. Responsible for user help desk call center with sustained user satisfaction. Participated in division leadership activities. Fiscal and purchasing responsibilities included asset management, capital facility review board, and expansion and remodel construction projects. Included services to approx 43 satellite offices/clinics.
