 Manages all facility management and engineering operations, including maintaining the building, grounds, and physical plant with particular attention to safety, security, and asset protection. Responsible for driving the delivery of FM services to the Meydan racecourse and infrastructure. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day service providers’ operations, managing the utility supply agreements (Chilled Water from a District Cooling Scheme, LPG, TSE), and reviewing the energy consumption. Led a team of 6 in-house staff which includes MEP, Security & Soft services team and TFM contractor plus management of specialist service annual maintenance contractors for different services across the facility. Onsite management of daily operations, maintenance, safety, power, cooling, space management, ELV system, team management, policies, and procedures, accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventive maintenance, and energy conservation management. Data center facility management of hotel and racecourse buildings. AMC contracts management of Total FM service provider, UPS, Generator, and Fire protection system. MDB, ACB, Generator, Power distribution unit, and UPS maintenance plan with proper downtime plan and emergency backup. Review and approve, preventive maintenance plan, SLA KPI based RFP, NOC after checking the MSR and drawings, AMC service provider selection, Tender evaluation, Strategic planning. Performs property inspection aspects of maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall asset conditionto identify the potential hazards and issues before they become major problems and determine the type of work required. Lead and support the team through communication, planning, deployment, and execution. Implementing of SOP, process, policies, and procedure. Data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports on all aspects of critical facility operations and maintenance.
