Current• Involved in (Image Recognition) IR Model release process management in Azure platform on a regular cycle.• Responsible in maintaining the IR AI models of EMEA Region Clients.• Act as a bridge between the Operations, Technical team and the Client.• Maintenance of IR AI models & share feedback to the AI developers for improvement plans• Do Quality checks (Regular & Ad-hoc)• Responsible to share the AI models training data for the Machine Learning algorithm when needed.• Responsible for any New product added in the product list, Category training, Development and Corrections• Monitor performance of the AI Models & Support manual corrections when needed.• Get specific scenes listed and get them reprocessed to understand the status of fixes.• Reply on Mails on Issues/requests on models if/when needed• Working with Master Data team to manage day to day changes, investigations & clean ups including mapping.• Do Release Testing (UAT – User Acceptance Test) on a periodic basis.• Time sheet Management• Use Power BI tool to export and do required descriptive data analysis which in turn will retain/improve the IR AI models.• Work with a large set of data, analyze it which in turn helps in taking business decisions.
