• Ensure the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual & annual maintenances are carriedout within the proper fixed date schedule and ready with all spare parts andconsumables by timely procure the items as per the inventory and.
• Follow and track daily reported tickets & work orders, technical response timeand action taken for the activities by using Waveware software (CAFM).
• Planned strategy to ensure efficient management of assets and inventories,managed and maintained the reliability of mechanical systems, properties andassets in the facility.
• Operation and maintenance of Cold Water systems(CWS), Cooled cold watersystems(CCWS), Drainage and Storm water system, review and managing thedaily activities for the Sanitary Outlets and accessories, PPR & uPVC piping.
