RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLEDPerform the task of Technical Engineering Advisor at project facility foroverseeing quality control, maintenance and HSE matters on the facility.• Planning and executing of Planned preventive & corrective maintenance of themechanical systems within the scheduled fixed dates and ensure the delivery ofservices in line with the service agreements and Key point indicators (KPI).• Ensure the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual & annual maintenances are carriedout within the proper fixed date schedule and ready with all spare parts andconsumables by timely procure the items as per the inventory and requirements.• Follow and track daily reported tickets & work orders, technical response timeand action taken for the activities by using Waveware software (CAFM).• Planned strategy to ensure efficient management of assets and inventories,managed and maintained the reliability of mechanical systems, properties andassets in the facility.• Operation and maintenance of Cold Water systems(CWS), Cooled cold watersystems(CCWS), Drainage and Storm water system, review and managing thedaily activities for the Sanitary Outlets and accessories, PPR & uPVC piping.• Scheduled maintenance and cleaning of RCC domestic tanks, RAW water tank& Filtered water tank inclusive of Transfer pumps, Booster & Filtration pumpsets and multimedia Filtration system.• Operation and maintenance of Boiler and Solar powered hot water systemsusing the heated calorifier network including the timely PPM for Gas burners, boiler and solar circulation & makeup pumps also the humidity control over the FAHUs.• Daily controlling and monitoring of the Hydrotherapy pools with the requiredparameters of pH and Chlorine with automated dosing system, display analyzerand UV sterilized filtration systems with heater, jet pumps and stream pumps.• Operation and maintenance of Firefighting system, Natural gas system, all civil works and landscaping.
