> Preparation and tracking of project cash flows and monthly cash flows, preparation of make up plans etc.> Preparation, Coordination and monitoring the tender and contract documentation.> Managing the tendering process from start to finish which includes pre-qualification of vendors, preparation and floating of the tenders, preparing comparative statements, conducting technical and commercial negotiations, issuing work orders.> Drafting of contractual correspondence and notices for use in claims.> Coordinating with the finance team for tracking payments, verifying contractor’s compliance, obtaining necessary documents for proper closure of a contract.> Preparation of procurement plan to ensure the timely availability of resources.> Preparation of contract documents/agreements and negotiate contract/agreement terms and conditions with contractors / consultants.> Reviewing the building services design deliverables in accordance with project objectives.> Preparation and Monitoring of Project’s Master schedule.> Responsible for all project documentation to include (but not limited to) timelines, progress reports, project communication and reporting.> Coordinating with Architect and LEED consultant to achieve LEED gold certification.> Responsible to collate all information and documents required for preparing counter-claims against contractor/consultant in disputes, arbitration and litigation processes..> Coordinating with the liaison consultant to obtain the necessary statutory clearances from the government authorities. > Part of the team for implementing SAP.

Responsible for marking of the building layout using theodolite; assist team lead for indenting materials; preparing measurement sheet and running bills; coordinating with the finishing team for timely completion and hand over of the project.
