I successfully led the deployment of various SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) solutions, including MPS (Master Production Scheduling), DPS (Detailed Production Scheduling), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), IMM (Inventory Management and Monitoring), and Voyager IOp (Inventory Optimization) solutions for Nestlé USA's business and factories. Specifically, I oversaw the deployment of the IMM solution to Nestlé markets in Zone AMS (South and North America), which resulted in optimised raw and pack material inventory management. Regular checks are performed on the existing configuration to guarantee alignment with the original design.
