• Prepare cost plans from initial planning documentation at all stages including pre-concept, concept, schematic and detailed design stages, and develop them through approval processes to the project implementation.
• Prepare procurement strategy plan and submit to the management for approval.
• Contribute to the conceptual designs/options to ensure the design is kept within the budgeted values.
• Compile Site Start budget, liaising with all Departments to ensure the document is completed on time to allow the construction to commence, and Sales to start marketing.
• Prepare and maintain the developmental cost report and responsible for the compilation of all weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.
• Maintaining all cost control procedures working within the guidelines set out within the Group policies and procedures.

• Preparing the tender documents including Bills of Quantities (POMI), Conditions of Contract (FIDIC) and Specifications for the Main Contract and the Nominated Subcontract works packages.
• Responsible for quantity take-off for Civil, Fit-out, MEP works using AutoCAD drawings and tabulating the same in MS Excel for the preparation of BOQ.
• Finalizing the Provisional Sum items and the Prime Cost Items.
• Receiving prequalification documents from the Tenderers and recommending to the client the ideal bidders.
• Preparing Expression of Interest, Tender Invitations, floating the Tenders and Tender Addendums, preparing consultant's response for RFI's from tenderers.
• Evaluating the tenders, issuing clarifications, preparing recommendation reports to the client and finalizing the offers.

• Pre inspection of Site prior to preparing the BOQ; assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
• Preparing Bill of Quantities & Tender, for Fit-out works, Industrial, Commercial and Residential projects which lists the individual components required to construct the project.
• Co-coordinate with MEP departments to complete the BOQ as per company standards.
• Provide sales team with accurate costing within the deadline and technical support to ensure that details are properly conveyed to client and if required attend client meetings
• Identify new subcontractors and suppliers to effect cost reductions without affecting the quality.
• Obtain the best pricing from each Supplier/subcontractor, breaking out material, labour and equipment as necessary.

• Checking and correcting the drawings drawn by draftsman before delivering it to site.
• Site inspection and giving instructions to the site supervisor for the on-going works like like Masonry, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Painting, flooring and other finishing works and reporting to the Project Manager
