Manage end-to-end project lifecycle in conjunction with software vendor/developer and business stakeholders.2. Outlining, defining and initiating project. 3. Actively engage with the business stakeholder for the requirement gathering and gap analysis to ensure all stakeholders have the same understanding on what is being developed and what to expect in terms of deliverables.4. Implementation of project by effectively communicating project scope, schedule and budget with team and partners.5.
