Extensive experience working with senior management teams in the following areas:- transition/migration management of outsourced services including start-up environment of setting up new teams, new divisions; design & development of SLAs, processes and SOPs- Process improvement including developing designing Process/Service Catalogues and change management strategy- managing global cross-functional teams in process improvement and migration projects- training and coaching on quality management inclusive of consultancy to the senior leadership team.
