Headed the revenue generation role for Bharti Realty for their Commercial Sales and Office Leasing (Corporate Office & IT Spaces) portfolio comprising of Worldmark at Aerocity (Delhi) and complete portfolio of office (IT & Corporate office spaces) of approx. 5.5 million sq ft. Generated annual revenues of ₹ 375+ Crores (2017-18) and sale project (0.6 million sq ft with topline of ₹ 280 Crores); across locations: Gurgaon, Delhi & KolkataSuccessfully established Bharti’s presence in CRE domain by acquiring more than 50 multinational tenants (2011 - 2018) and established Worldmark-Aerocity as an iconic business destination in Delhi and making Bharti a dominant player in Delhi commercial market. Executive Committee member of Bharti Realty & represented I-REC of Bharti-Walmart JV.

• Spearheaded Sales and Marketing of all key Residential and Mix-used Developments of the company in West and Southern region including Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune and Thane.• Established the company’s regional operations (South) in Bangalore and launched its first residential project followed by commercial project along with Senior Vice President - South.• Strategized quality lead generations by developing direct and nontraditional channels.• Overseeing overall marketing and sales promotions, including design for brochures and promotional material and administrating promotional mix. • Preparation of annual marketing plans, budgets & its effective implementation.• Assist and coordinate Business Development Group for sourcing new projects and Planning & Design Group for product improvements.• Completely accountable for attaining sales targets and revenue generation for the region.• Lead and direct all Sales and relationship management efforts for the region.

• Assisted in master planning for project concept & pre-development work of 400 acres mixed use township reporting directly to the Managing Director• Conceive Project Development program in line with the Project Vision for the Development of all 67 parcels which include residential towers, retail master planning, commercial spaces, amenities, clubhouses & SEZ.• Underwriting Project Development Mix for Integrated Township and Individual Land Parcels, totaling above 32 million sq ft of saleable / leasable space.• Worked in close co-ordination with the Development team for Financial Feasibility & Analysis.• Proposed strategy for project brand building with project launch campaign and strategized promotional mix for parcel level brand building. • Track, analyze and report Market and Industry related trend and research inputs for Investment Committee Memorandum for the overall IRR working.

• Core Team of Agency Sales force comprised of 2 Agency Managers, 25 Sales managers and a total of around 250+ Financial Advisors.• Ensured branch compliance on IRDA and Company regulations / policies.• Provided necessary inputs to departments such as Marketing, Operations and the Training team.• Increased productivity and customer acquisition through customized training programs.
