• Worked in close co-ordination with the Development team for Financial Feasibility & Analysis.
• Proposed strategy for project brand building with project launch campaign and strategized promotional mix for parcel level brand building.
• Track, analyze and report Market and Industry related trend and research inputs for Investment Committee Memorandum for the overall IRR working.

• Core Team of Agency Sales force comprised of 2 Agency Managers, 25 Sales managers and a total of around 250+ Financial Advisors.
• Ensured branch compliance on IRDA and Company regulations / policies.
