Design Engineer
Current>New product design and development work in a wide range of materials and manufacturing process.>Conceptualizing original solutions for architectural and structural elements based on creative intent.>Creating CAD/ CAE models for parts and assemblies in 3D and resolving them iteratively to meet theexpectations of clients and project leads.>FEA for parts / assemblies and preparation of evaluation reports and design optimization strategies.>Developing 2D drawings for parts / assemblies along with complete details, dimensions, BOMs/BOQsto facilitate reviews, estimation, prototyping, production, etc.>Visiting fabricators’ production facilities / project sites to review design implementation and evaluatefidelity and quality.>Design project management including monitoring of resource deployment, momentum and deliveryas per commitments made to clients
