Was responsible for all HSSE and ISO 9000:2001 compliance.• Planned, designed and implemented cost effective network operation center with support to WAN and LAN users.• Developed and trained Technical Team for first Line IT Support, Installation of Nodes and configuration of Routers and Switches for WAN Links, • Prepared and maintained documentation of network configuration. (IP addresses, server info, licensing).• Monitored Cisco UBR 7246 and 7204 routers for users causing unnecessary broadband usage (idle sessions).• Access Network Roll Outs:1. Finalization of proper NODE locations on the basis of inputs provided by the Sales team.2. Co-ordination with project department to provide the spur connectivity from the back bone.3. Ensure the NODE is balanced properly as per the norms ( 2-way)4. Monitor surveys in the set NODE areas for deploying the coaxial cable, and ensure maximum buildings are covered with proper permissions.• OFC network maintenance and surveillance:1. Responsible for maximum uptime of OFC links from POP to Node place.2. Ensure proper mobilization and coordination with contractors in case of OFC cable cut.
