Responsibilities:- Plan and implement new designs - Optimize existing user interface designs- Test for intuitivity and experience- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements- Create prototypes for new product ideas- Test new ideas before implementing - Conduct an ongoing user research- Conceive, Plan and Lead the development of high-end, effective digital products.

I am responsible for: - Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team - Developing wireframes, behavioral specifications and personas for web and mobile applications. - Directing the visual appearance of all new features and enhancements on in-house software and mobile applications - Initiating and suggesting major UI re-factorings for a more intuitive user-experience - Collaborating on user experience planning with a lead experience architect - Consulting with clients and lead experience architect - Researching interaction design trends - Researching technology trends - Performing other duties as assigned - Executing user interface designs from product requirements and UI specification. - Supporting software engineers with execution of customer-side code in multi-tiered atmosphere. - Develop unit test, site pages and assist implementation of client web sites. - Lead and direct front end interface development - Develop componentized UI architecture providing UI elements for entire applications. - Perform with Systems developers to develop scalable, standards and flexible UI architecture.
