As a QA Engineer at Govtech, I have contributed to the testing processes in two squads. The first is the Customer Engagement squad, which focuses on developing a complaint service for teachers, school principals, and others by creating a centralized service portal to facilitate user reporting of issues. The second is the Rapor Pendidikan squad, dedicated to developing a reporting platform for all schools in Indonesia. This platform aims to help schools identify their strengths and weaknesses, enabling them to reflect and make timely improvements. Working with large datasets, I ensure that the distribution processes and algorithms for calculating school percentages align with the inputted metadata.

In this position especially my work as Quality Assurance on Kargo.Tech is almost all the same, adding the scope of work is to create automated test scripts to make it easier when doing regression.

As a Quality Assurance Kargo.Tech, I'm working for Commercial team. Mainly my job description include:1. Participate in sprint planning to discuss the product to be developed and ensure required in the product.2. Ensure the product has no problems before being released to production as desired and work with the development team at the relevant squad to ensure issues are known while testing is running.3. Identify functionality and UI bugs on testing environments and document them proper reproducible steps and supporting evidences documentation4. Create a test management in Jira using Xray and maintain test cases for product under test.5. Create test plan and test execute to run test cases.

1. Handle manual testing on Bukalapak App andWeb in Beta and Production Environment2. Create positive and negative test cases forBukalapak features3. Execute test scenario and test execution based on Actor Journey4. Explore the features and catch all the flaws ofBukalapak App and Web from user point of view5. Report bugs on JIRA tickets to squad of Quality Assurance Engineering Division6. Clarifying user stories - Expanding and suggesting acceptence criteria7. Communication with the squad to discuss thebugs found and continue to follow up tocompletion

Programm designed for 6 months to study matters related to the retail business industry. Every day in the first two weeks there will be a detailed discussion to study the operations that are running in the shop. Once a week there will be a written test and practice that must be carried out when the discussion on the previous day is finished. Hard skills & soft skills training modules will be provided in a comprehensive program accompanied by different mentors
