Business Development Manager

• Taking care of complete sales cycle from requirement gathering, product demonstration, proposal submission, negotiations, closure, project initiations and payment follow-ups.• Understand Partner business models, strategic goals and revenue objectives to create crisp Partner account plans with the goal to grow SMB revenue• Maximise and add value for the customer by proactively sharing best practices and additional revenue generating opportunities • Effectively monitor day-to-day management of accounts through proactive client engagement.• Requirement Gathering, analyzing and pitching the right product to the prospect asper their requirement and budget.• Responsible for co-ordinating first level demonstration of Enterprise Solution.• Responsible for achieving quarterly targets in terms of Leads Generated & Revenue through Closers.

• Responsible for generating the sales of Postpaid connections, Handsets and other products. • Generating leads through tele-calling and converting them to sales.• Responsible for managing the corporate sales/Larger deals and Distributor or channel sales. • Responsible for managing the store profitability.• Managing the team of 2 sales representatives.• Planning and Executing the plans to achieve the monthly targets.• Preparing Final Day-To-Day MIS related to Daily sales, collection, billing and store inventory
