A CSR venture to help organise the un organised waste management space in India. Promoting segregation of waste at the source & up-cycling waste products to increase their life span with a focus on circular economy model. The primary raw material used was single use disposable plastic and creating oil from that raw material input through an incineration process called Pyrolysis.

As the Head of the newly formed Marketing Strategy Department, I helped turn the trajectory of struggling business to success stories by increasing their market reach and depth through tailor-made practical and scalable marketing strategies and execution plans.

I worked for UTV productions after the completions of my Bachelors degree and before leaving for my Masters at Warwick Business School. This internship required me to work for the pre - productions of the show "Fearless" which aired on "UTV Bindass ". I further had to handle several aspects like helping in the ideation process of the show , researching on who would be the ideal contentions for the reality show ,conducting interviews and helping to short list the final contestants to be put on air. This internship helped me gain better people skills , improved my communication and gain first hand experience in the field of media.

I completed a 6 week internship at DspBlackRock , where the focus was on sales and promotion of the focus 25 fund which was freshly launched at the time.The job required me to go to banks located at various parts of the city to help increase the sales for the fund. DspBlackRock also required me to complete the The Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) examination , which was also successfully completed during this period.This internship helped me gain an incite in the field of finance and better understand how funds are raised on a large scale for fund offerings.
