At Discover Mediaworks I'm responsible for the creation and design of multi-channel advertisements campaigns, print materials, and environmental graphics. I also assist in interpreting client's vision for TV commercials, websites and email marketing as well as photo shoots. I oversee the entire process of advertisement design, including concept, creation, and production.

At CPM Healthgrades, I work with clients to help them to gain customer share through the strategic use of our creative service lines and building our clients brand awareness. I manage a workload for 25 hospitals with over 80 campaigns at any one time.My responsibilities include:• Generate concepts for print and/or web to present to the client based on a strategic brief• Effectively present concepts to clients while expertly fielding questions/concerns regarding the overall creative concept• Conduct creative discoveries to produce an effective advertising campaign based on individual client needs• Advise production artists on client edits while managing the overall concept• Act as a liaison between design and web programmers and print services• Manage projects and work within a clients budgetThrough CPM’s unique process I have gained an excellent understanding and use of variable data, dynamic printing capabilities, email and banner marketing, as well as, development of Personalized URLs (PURLs) and iCRM pages.

As the Graphic Designer for the womens‘ team, I assist in the development of the growing Duluth Womens’ brand. I am responsible for developing catalog layouts while helping drive the vision for the brand. I attend and assist in the direction of photoshoots featuring our “real women” models in working situations that our target audience can relate to. I also assist in PR, though designing invitations, emails, newspaper and magazine ads.

In this position I work to develop and maintain the Kohl’s corporate brand. Specific focus includes our community outreach programs, green program, registry department, gift cards, recruitment, and HR informational pieces. I work as a part of a team to complete jobs under tight deadlines while managing multiple schedules. I work directly with production designers to communicate a clear direction and help determine business critical changes throughout the proofing process.

As a Tab Concept Designer I worked directly with the buying offices for Accessories, Kids, and Juniors to design page layouts for their upcoming ads. Thorough knowledge of their business and objectives was a must. The other side of my position consisted of advanced planning for cover concepts for high profile ads such as Anniversary sales, Grand Openings, and Christmas sales.

During my time at Bon•Ton, I gained creative experience in retail advertising while designing and concepting tab, ROP, mailers and direct mail advertising. I worked within a design team and worked closely with a writer to create a cohesive message.
