At RainingClouds, we built the product AppSurfer, which was recognised as one of the top ten startups in India by ET Now's 'Super Angles', it also got much PR coverages from blogs like TechCrunch, The Next Web, YourStory, Venture Beat. - Worked as CTO for AppSurfer to build the web development team and directed web stack scaling of the product. - Built Ruby stack that automated scaling of infrastructure with more than 500 servers - Built AppSurfer HTML5 widgets, which provided interactive Android experience in browser with reliable, low latency streaming from cloud with flexibility to embed on any website - Solved latency and reliability issues in streaming for mobile web browsers with and without web-socket support. Implemented long polling based JS streaming. - Built Ruby based load balancer that handled Android instance allocations in 5 different AWS availability zones to keep high availability and low latency
