 Project Execution • Coordinating meetings so as to provide a forum to contractors and project team to discuss & resolve potentials, for exchanging information required for various aspects. • Carrying out routine & periodical inspection of various projects, ensuring quality of construction. Preparing construction plans & monitoring work in progress for ensuring adherence to quality standards & procedures Quantity/Quantity Survey• Creating estimates and evaluating quality of construction material such as cement, sand, steel, blocks, etc. and verifying different works by using checklists.• Reducing the wastage of different materials by pre-planning and giving training to workers.Conducting reconciliation of materials for different works, estimating quantity of material according to the work execution Site & Construction Management• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters.• Inspecting field sites to observe & evaluate condition and operability of facilities and collecting the field survey data and measurements; interfacing with vendor, procurement and site for timely delivery.• Formulating & implementing stringent systems and quality plans / manuals to ensure high quality standards during all the stages of project. Relationship Management• Leading a team of professionals and ensuring suitable deployment of manpower (Designers & Engineers).• Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, & external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances.Coordinating with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations; preparing the preparing the tender / contract documents, cost estimates, including billing, variation / deviation proposals, claims, etc.
