After traveling over 50% of the time in my international role, I came back to headquarters in a new role for the company. As CMO, I reinvigorated the look and feel of the brand to refresh it and align with our global customers -- B2B and B2C; identified efficiencies and ways to streamline marketing efforts across the global offices; worked with the product team on the vision for the online learning experience of a Rosetta Stone customer; developed a global messaging platform; and developed a new portfolio of advertising assets.

I started with RS as head of the Consumer P&L,which included driving revenue through all direct and indirect channels. Later, as VP Brand Marketing, I was responsible for company brand strategy, creative development for all channels and Public Relations efforts worldwide. Sr. Director, Global Marketing was responsible for all marketing and branding efforts related to their loyalty and frequency programs. Re-tooled Holiday Inn's old Priority Club Worldwide program to become a global program, Priority Club Rewards. Designed and implemented infrastructure, creative and rewards to raise the program to #1 most valuable marketing tool/revenue driver in the company. Also re-launched the premium loyalty program, Ambassador Club (formerly Six Continents Club).
