Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC), the country's first leadership institute, exists to build connections among youth from diversebackgrounds, equip them with leadership skills, and enable them to have high impact in public, private, and civil sectors. All our efforts aim to strengthen prosperity, justice, and inclusiveness in societies worldwide. It's a Journey, though I started this Journey late. Pran Presents Marketiniac 3.O: An Inter-University 360° Marketing Case Competition , where any university undergraduates from any background from all over the country get to showcase their creative marketing skills on real-life marketing problems.As I was working several departments Creative department, Partners and Club collaboration and logistics department for Marketiniac 3.0My contribution to this event:1)Planned and design 60+ posters in that event .2)Performed extensive research and analysis on other's club pages and brought out some creative designs.3) Distributed work and write copy and captions for content.4) Given innovative designing ideas to get maximum reach.5)Thought big then effectively communicated my ideas in the group and worked on them.6) Give logistical support for any time any moment 7)Take roadshows . 8)Collaborate with many partners and famous club at bangladesh.9) Take lead to do something new for the event.10) Encourage my junior to participate Marketiniac 3.011)Delivered ideas to the creative teams to implement innovative content.12)Provided content for the partners of the event.Apart from my given role I've contributed something more to the event which are:- 1)Activated influencers 2) Take roadshows at NSU, BUP, KUET, IUT, EWU .3) Given 10 plus promotional strategies to ensure that everyone should be aware of Marketiniac 3.0.

Army-IBA Business & Leadership Club is one of the most prestigious clubs of Bangladesh. It is the pioneer club of Army IBA, which is working actively aiming to connect the students of Army IBA with corporate world. The club has many flagship events and till now I got the chance to have high involvements in some of its significant projects.

Hult Prize is an annual social entrepreneurship competition that challenges students to build businesses that contribute to solving a pressing social issue, and also be a strong enough business idea, capable of making a profit. I am LOGISTICS COORDINATOR in campus committee Hult Prize at Army IBA.
