Assisted in realization of 10 MUSD claims and adeptly defended counter claims worth over 5 MUSD during the 3 years within the team. ⮚ Co-authored the global contract and claim management policies. Hired, mentored and implemented the policy in APAC locations i.e. India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malaysia. Resulting in significant improvement in streamlining project documentation, improving communications with customers, creation of central document repository, claims and project management.⮚ Advised the management on a variety of commercially complex transactions which, amongst others, included investing into, greenfield and brownfield development projects within Asia Pacific countries.
