Software architecture and development of unique WPF-based desktop client application tailored for interactive data analysis and visualisation using R language (an alternative approach similar to RStudio Shiny framework). The solution is designed to organise data processing workflows and run R tasks by the users without any knowledge of R and/or statistics. Responsible for conceptualisation, software architecture design, development and testing of all provided software products. Personally created several software products for real-time behavioral studies based on RFID transponder technology. Developed solutions include applications for customized R statistical analysis, EEG data conversion and extraction as well as tools for hardware protection and data mining.

Designed and developed software architecture for automated learning devices (IntelliCage, TraffiCage), integrating knowledge of mouse behavior into novel technology including RFID identification of animals performing in social context. Project’s results are instrumental for founding of spin-off company NewBehavior in Zurich.
