I am a dedicated Program Assistant with nearly a year of experience working in Data Policy and Governance at the Tifa Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Indonesia. In this role, I provide comprehensive support for program management, ensuring smooth execution of administrative activities, procurement processes, payment requests, and reviews related to program implementation, including grants and projects. With a solid background of almost two years in technical and administrative assistance, I have honed my skills in coordinating project operations and providing essential support to ensure the successful management of diverse initiatives.In other sides, my background encompasses a proven track record in developing and implementing strategic communication plans, crafting compelling content, and managing digital media platforms. I excel at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partner organizations, and local communities, fostering collaboration and achieving shared goals.
