• Managing to link the platform to cooperate with more than 20 academicians, government institutions, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) including Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Indonesia (YLBHI), Komnas HAM RI, Indonesia Corruption Watch, Mahkamah Konstitusi RI, and many more.• Influencing more than 10,000 people into understanding legal materials through a series of events and various insightful contents published on our social media accounts.• Creating Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Paham Hukum and partners, ensuring each cooperation runs smoothly and sustainably, as well as coordinating with Boards of Paham Hukum regarding the potential partners of our platform.

• Shortlisted as top 72 participants from universities in Indonesia, Asia, Europe, The United States of America, Canada, and The United Kingdom to engage in an intensive leadership development program initiated by the world’s largest pure consulting firm.• Developing leadership and business-related skills by undergoing 3 intensive forums, executing Personal Leadership Project (PLP) and Breakthrough Leadership Project (BLP), as well as involving in mentoring sessions provided by McKinsey & Company

• Managing both online and offline campaigns as well as legal assistance related to women rights, particularly the rights to be free from violence.• Collaborating with United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP3A), Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (P2TP2A), and other related institutions to tackle issues surrounding women’s rights.

As the member of ALSA Local Chapter Universitas Syiah Kuala, beside being the Project Officer for the first-ever Model United Nations (MUN) to be held in Aceh, I also had Opportunity to involved as the moderator in several public discourse forums arranged by ALSA LC USK, which were: 1. “Pers: Pemecah atau Pemersatu Bangsa?”2. As the member of External Department, I had the chance to be the Project Officer of the first-ever Model United Nations (MUN) to be held in Aceh.

• Cooperated with more than 100 active members and succeed in registered the club to be selected as one of the official student organizations under the Dean supervision. • Established weekly routine practices, monthly research and discussion, as well as executed 30 approved projects, and able to achieved 20 national debate awards within 1 year.

Not only as the top 150 awardee, I am also given the opportunity to contribute to XL Future Leaders (XLFL) by taking part as a Content Creator for XLFL Newsletter together with other 9 awardees from different cohorts in national scale. Assigned content creators are responsible for:• Monthly planning for the Newsletter team including to select the themes and interviewees.• Gather information from XLFL current awardees and alumni from 8 batches with a total of 1.200 outstanding individuals and inspiring people outside of XLFL that will be packaged as articles.• Interview all of the chosen individuals for 8 (eight) rubrics in XLFL Newsletter.• Coordinating with XLFL facilitators and editors in a fast-paced and professional working environment.Finished Newsletter will be sent every month to more than 5.000 stakeholders and partners of XL Future Leaders.

• Shortlisted as top 150 awardees from 16.616 registrants (less than 1% acceptance rate nation-wide) and required to undergo 10 offline soft skills workshops, online learning modules, mentoring sessions, executing an IoT based business project, and national conferences.• Contributed as the Head of Event for the first-ever National Youth Town Hall 2019 with 720 participants.
