Effectively established and implemented Food Safety Management System according to ISO 22000 Standard• Managing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance.• Establishing the system for ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System (FSMS).• Establishing departmental procedures and work instructions according to FSMS.• Developing departmental objectives (Quality Objectives) with continual improvement programs.• Respond to customer complaints, analysis and reporting to concern personnel and higher management.• Establishing the system for enhancement of customers’ satisfaction.• Controlling of quality system documentation, record & all standards / specifications.• Managing internal auditing for quality and GMP compliance and reporting the results to higher management.• Organizing management review meeting regarding FSMS performance and its improvement need.• Liaison with consultant and certification bodies on matters related to FSMS.• Handling issues regarding health, safety, environment and quality.• Maintaining buffer area to reduce contamination in the production area.• Conduct in-house awareness sessions regarding Food Safety Management Systems and other training programs.• Handling issues regarding Corrective and Preventive Actions (CPA).• Coordinate all activities between departs to run Quality and Food Safety Management Systems effectively.
