Hi! I'm Raufur Rahman. I like to read, I like music, I like Pets, I like Meditation and I like Nature. Even though I am not a pessimist person, I do believe in the possibility of a dystopian future, One with one-world-order maybe. I love writings from Yuval Noah Harari, Richard Dawkins; and I believe that everyone should at least hear what they try to tell. Currently, I am pursuing my MBA in HRM from Bangladesh University of Professionals. Before that, I completed my BBA from the same institution in Management. My passion for HR has led me to complete multiple additional courses on HR, Psychology, and Leadership from prominent universities via online platforms. I'm eager to apply my knowledge and skills in a leading role in the field of HR.In my previous role as a Virtual Executive at Next Ventures, I gained valuable experience in customer service, where I had to deal with customers' problems and provide satisfactory solutions. Currently I'm working as an Executive at NEXT Ventures (since February 2024), where I have contributed to significant revenue targets, and in doing so, I also received an 'Honorable Mention' for my dedicated contribution. Additionally, I have held positions at 'Anwar Group Automobiles,' 'Barta Communications,' and 'Skytech Solutions,' enhancing my business development and communication skills.My goal is to secure a leading role in the HR industry where I can utilize my skills and knowledge to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
