As the sole developer at PFS, I am responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a variety of software solutions to support the business. My primary focus is on developing website templates and custom-tailored websites, as well as creating automations and consulting on software/cybersecurity. I work closely with other departments to collect requirements, prioritize features, and create estimates and roadmaps for projects. I also manage the deployment, testing, and maintenance of these solutions to ensure they are reliable and secure.

As the Director of Technology at PFS, I led the development and execution of IT strategies to support business operations and growth objectives. I oversaw the upgrade of all network and server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security. I improved disaster readiness through the implementation of backup and recovery solutions for critical systems and data, and developed and implemented security policies to protect against cyber threats. Additionally, I mentored and coached the IT team, providing guidance on technical issues and career development.
