Since 1995, I have been operating my own Spanish education company, focusing on creating and delivering Executive and customized programs. One of the primary areas of focus is the creation and delivery of Executive training. These programs are designed for companies and businesses that require their employees to communicate in Spanish with associates. These are accelerated courses of study for students who must learn Spanish within a limited time period. Upon completion of these programs, the students are able to communicate 75% in Spanish without prior study of the language. The students are taught the vocabulary necessary to communicate with Spanish-speaking associates in business and everyday life, such as in restaurants, taxis, banks, stores, malls, and hospitals. Manners and Latin culture are included in the lessons. As a director and founder, I have the following responsibilities:• Second language teaching Spanish to diplomats, business executives and families interested in learning Spanish.• Support businesses and embassies in Mexico City that require Spanish education for foreign staff and program development.• Provide both private, one-on-one classes, and customized class room instruction based on client requirements• Classes are customized, depending on the proficiency level of the student, from entry level Spanish to advance• Coordination and certification of Spanish education programs for Multi-National companies, in conjunction with the International University (UNINTER) in Cuernavaca, Mexico.• Development of new programs for certification and accreditation.• Updating of courses, programs and the development of new teaching materials.• Development of workshops for the skills improvement / certification of Spanish instructors from other National and International universities.• During this time I have taught over 800 students from different sectors, governmental, economic, military, technological, educational and capital investment.

As a director, I had the following responsibilities:• Overall accountability for the design, structure and quality of the program, including the organization of the logistics from the arrival to the departure of the group.• Certifying courses and programs to be offered to the group, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Naval Academy.• Assess the level of each student upon arrival and departure, providing a written evaluation of the progress of each student.• Single point of escalation, ensuring issues are resolved expediently.• Ensure contingency plans are in place in the event illness, accident or family emergency including transport to the United States.

• Teaching Spanish for a full year & all levels from basic, intermediate and advanced students. This year as a visiting professor taught 8 classes with a total of nearly 150 students of Spanish as a second language.• Updating of courses and programs.• Development of new teaching materials.• Development workshops with teachers in AACC.• Coordination and certification summer programs in conjunction with International University (UNINTER) in Cuernavaca, Mexico.• Received an award for the development of my work of the association of students from AACC.

The objective of this institution was the teaching of Spanish as a second language to University Students, College Students, embassies, companies, airlines and general groups from United States, Canada and Europe.During my time at Centro de Estudios Bilingües y Multiculturales, my responsibilities included:• Teaching Spanish full time & all levels from basic, intermediate and advanced students.
