Management and results are all about PEOPLE and to change their behaviors is all about how we UNDERSTAND them.To work with what motivates you is a privilege that I always tried to get the most. Over the last twenty years what has been challenging me is how a holistic and effective organizational transformation methodology should be. After more than a decade working with software engineering, BPI projects, change management and ERP implementation, it could be possible to dedicate my masters to research cross-functional approaches which can help businesses build competitive advantage by developing and sustaining their organizational change capacity.From this study it was possible to build a solid theoretical foundation able to compound a holistic approach that integrates business process improvement with a change management perspective.The result is a great innovation that I have named TalkProcess which is a solution that can consolidate information about behavior patterns of employees involved in processes improvement initiatives (without the use of questionnaires or interviews). The availability of such decision support information (behavioral mapping) can leverage the assertiveness of consultants and professionals involved with processes improvement and change management projects. It contributes also to map RESISTANCE, identify LEADERSHIP and find TALENT among employees.
