I am attending college at Gateway Community college to get my management and leadership certificate. I have many customer service skills. I am currently interning at Bank of America as a AML operation specialist were I update and validate personal information for our customers. As well I remove and unfreeze accounts when we re-mediate any defects. I also worked for Zacks floor solution's were my responsibility were to take in calls from customer to answer any questions or concerns about the service we are providing. I am dedicate in my work and always want to improve in my skills I already have. My hard work and dedication to always improve is what keeps me going. No matter what I am doing I always want to perform to the best of my ability.
