Responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling the following activities Production optimization processes.Designing and implementing artificial lifts well completions: sucker rod pumping system and progressing cavity pumping system.Availability of pumping equipment and general parts inventories Evaluation of artificial lift technologies and well completion.Selection of well services candidates and coordination of oil rig sequences for services activities; Assessment of wells completed with sucker rod pump or PCP systems using well analyzing tools such as Echometer equipment, dynamometer cards and fluid levels
