Development of Data Privacy tools and workflows for the purpose of Data Exchanges with external parties, with an eye on current and upcoming data regulations based on markets such as GDPR and CCPA, using different technologies and tools, which can be a combination of Confluence, coding-based solutions in Python, and the Office suite.Data Governance with a focus on Commercial data, facilitating the management and maintenance of the Commercial Data Catalog in Collibra, as well as becoming the liaison between Stewards and the Enterprise Data Governance group to coordinate communication on all aspects of Data Governance Catalog change management.

- Stewardship of over 3000 multi-disciplinary Data Concepts and Definitions at an Enterprise Level from different departments such as Pathology (Cerner), Pharmacy (Allscript's Sunrise Pharmacy), Nursing (Allscript's Sunrise Clinical Manager), Human Resources (Workday), and Supply Chain (AWS), with a focus on Ontologies and Concept Relationships for further AI/ML capabilities of the Stewardship tools currently in use. - Development of stewardship tools, from the automation of role's tasks to creation of de-identification algoritms for Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and/or Personal Health Information (PHI) following HIPAA guidelines. - Data Wrangling from SQL, Excel, APIs, and other data sources to compose datasets for end user needs, as well as Tableau dashboards of different complexity levels, using Python and associated libraries to compose said datasets.- Creation of workflow documentation and charts using tools such as Lucidchart that address key questions regarding decision points, processes, and day-in-the-life cycles of data.- Creation of Data Models (Physical, Logical and Conceptual) for documentation purposes as part of the Data Governance initiative.

- Ongoing maintenance of Allscripts’ Sunrise Pharmacy for various sites through the hospital network- Creator and Implementation of a Python-based solution that facilitates barcode scanning adherence for patient safety purposes using Python solutions, including PyQt (GUI library), PyMSSQL, PyODBC, web scraping and APIs.- Creation of automated reporting processes using Python and related libraries, such as Pandas, PySpark, Excel Writer, and PDF Writer.- Creation of Dashboards using Python solutions such as Django, Selenium, Dash Plotly, and Dash Bootstrap as proof of concept for replacement of periodic reports to have more dynamic data insights by end users- Entry-level Tableau creation of dashboards- Training of personnel and troubleshooting of hardware and software related to new and current systems - SQL, MySQL, and DB2 knowledge of database querying for research and reporting purposes
